Welcome to OnCallColombia.com. By using our website, messaging our coordinators, or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.


1. Overview of Services

OnCallColombia is a concierge coordination and support service that helps clients access vetted medical, legal, safety, and pet-related services across Colombia. We are not a clinic, hospital, law firm, or direct care provider. Our role is to facilitate access, manage logistics, and support communication between clients and trusted professionals in our network.

We operate under a “single point of contact” model—you communicate exclusively with our coordination team, and we manage the relationship with service providers on your behalf.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our website or engaging our coordinators, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.


3. No Refund Policy

All payments are final. OnCallColombia maintains a strict no-refund policy for the following reason:

We begin coordinating immediately upon receiving payment, including time-sensitive scheduling, provider engagement, and personalized case review. As a result, we are unable to offer refunds once payment is received, regardless of whether the service is ultimately used.

If you are unsure about a service, pricing, or provider availability, we encourage you to ask questions via WhatsApp before making payment.


4. Service Delivery

Service delivery timelines vary depending on the service type and location.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure availability and accuracy but cannot guarantee appointment slots, specific providers, or outcomes.

If a provider becomes unavailable or an issue arises, we will offer an alternative solution of equal or greater value.


5. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate information relevant to the service request

Being reachable via WhatsApp or email during coordination

Showing up for scheduled appointments or responding promptly to time-sensitive requests

Failure to respond or cooperate may result in service delays or forfeiture.


6. Limitations of Liability

OnCallColombia coordinates but does not directly deliver medical, legal, or other regulated services. Therefore:

We are not liable for the outcome, conduct, or decisions made by third-party providers

We do not guarantee medical results, legal outcomes, or immigration approvals

Our role is to facilitate and support, not to act as the end service provider

That said, we actively screen and vet all providers and take your experience seriously. If a problem arises, we will intervene and do our best to resolve it fairly.


7. Confidentiality & Privacy

All personal and medical information shared with OnCallColombia is kept confidential and used only for service coordination.

We do not sell or share client information with third parties.

Communication via WhatsApp, phone, or email may be stored for quality assurance and legal compliance.

8. Payment Terms

All services must be paid in full before coordination begins.

We accept credit cards and reserve the right to charge additional fees (with prior notice) for urgent, off-hours, or complex cases.

All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.


9. Emergency Situations

We are not an emergency service. While we strive to respond rapidly, we do not replace 911 (123 in Colombia) or urgent local authorities. If you are experiencing a medical or safety emergency, contact emergency services immediately.


10. Changes to Terms

OnCallColombia reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site or services implies acceptance of any updates.


11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved through the legal system of Colombia.
